The Swedish mining and metals industry is at the absolute forefront of the green revolution. We work with finding the materials needed to build new technologies and modern communities – and processing them in the greenest, cleanest, most sustainable way possible. Everyone talks about going green and fighting climate change – we are showing the world how it’s done, and we need your help to do it.
Because you are important to us! Many different competences are needed if we are to meet the global goals and you can contribute to that. We will take you to some of Sweden’s most beautiful places, some of Sweden’s most interesting places to work, and show you the vast range of job opportunities available. You will get a closer look at what we do, at the issues we are trying to solve, and what your role could be in helping us do just that.
No matter whether your focus is civil or industrial engineering, IT, construction, geology, geophysics, chemistry, automation or perhaps a non-technical role, there are plenty of opportunities for you in our industry.
With us, you will make a difference, each and every day. You will get to develop your skills alongside the best in the industry – and together, we will be shaping a better, greener future.
There are a limited number of spots and will therefore be a selection process. It will partly be based on the applicant’s motivation for why they want to participate, but we will also strive for an even gender distribution and make the selection with an inclusive approach.
We look forward to your application!
Application deadline: May 31
Held this year on September 11-14 (September 10th and 14th are travel days). The tour ends with the event Mining@ORU on September 14. Return travel will be directly after the event.
Join us and contribute to a sustainable future! Meet professional role models and be inspired for your future journey in the industry. Many different competences are needed for us to meet the global goals. You are important to us!
