The Mine Seismology Workshop will give you an opportunity to meet researchers and mining engineers from Europe and Australia and to listen to presentations on mining-induced seismicity, lectures on mining seismology, and to participate in training courses with the software for analysis of mining-induced seismicity.
The workshop is organized by Institute of Mine Seismology and LTU. The Institute of Mine Seismology (IMS, http://www.imseismology.org/) is a leading provider of microseismic monitoring technology to mines worldwide, including Europe and Sweden.
